For our client in Lengnau, we are looking for a motivated personality (m / f / d) as a Manufacturing Professional 100% TASK DESCRIPTION :
  • Leading operational readiness during the design and startup of new production lines, focusing on specific areas such as DSP media buffer preparation and equipment cleaning.
  • Participating in technology transfer activities for new products.
  • Supporting commissioning, qualification and validation processes.
  • Executing process validation procedures.
  • Managing daily manufacturing activities in areas like USP, DSP, or support roles (media preparation, equipment cleaning).
  • Serving as the main point of contact for training and troubleshooting within the manufacturing team.
  • Maintaining work instructions and SOPs within your area of ​​expertise.
  • Initiating Manufacturing Excellence initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Contributing to defining process parameters during routine manufacturing.
  • Participating in New Product Introduction activities.
REQUIRED PROFILE :
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceuticals, food science, or chemistry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations in a GMP compliant environment.
  • Proficiency in English and good German skills.
  • Willingness to learn and a hands-on approach.
  • Availability for shift work, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • On-call duties as required.
