AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
  • Leading operational readiness during the design and startup of new production lines, focusing on specific areas such as DSP Media buffer preparation and equipment cleaning.
  • Participating in Technology Transfer activities for new products.
  • Supporting commissioning, qualification, and validation processes.
  • Executing process validation procedures.
  • Managing daily manufacturing activities in areas like USP, DSP, or support roles (media preparation, equipment cleaning).
  • Serving as the main point of contact for training and troubleshooting within the manufacturing team.
  • Maintaining Work Instructions and SOPs within your area of expertise.
  • Initiating Manufacturing Excellence initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Contributing to defining process parameters during routine manufacturing.
  • Participating in New Product Introduction activities.

ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
  • Bachelor's Degree in pharmaceuticals, food science, or chemistry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations in a GMP-compliant environment.
  • Proficiency in English and good German skills.
  • Willingness to learn and a hands-on approach.
  • Availability for shift work, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
  • On-call duties as required.
