Your typical dayincludes:

  1. Attract new customers andcreate opportunities Sales and networking: You are completely inyour element. There is no greater challenge for you than attractingnew customers and assignments. You work candidate-driven. Tostrengthen and expand your relationship network, you will regularlybe seen at networking events and expert groupmeetings.
  2. You are the specialist within LifeScience: You identify trends in the market, know which questionsare at stake with clients and are a solid discussion partner. Youimmerse yourself in the customers business, think about talentopportunities and offer the right Randstad Professionals service.With the aim: a golden match between talents andclients.
  3. Guiding and supporting professionals:Not only clients, but also candidates or peers who work with youand can count on your involvement. You know what drives them,advise them on their personal development within Life Science andcontribute to the smooth running of the HRcycle.

  • You have auniversity degree, ideally in business/commercialarea
  • You have a relevant work experience withinrecruitment and selection
  • A network in the lifescience field is an advantage
  • You speak fluentEnglish and German, French would be a big advantage
