  • Tu travailles avec les parties prenantes commerciales afin de trouver de nouvelles options pour l'utilisation de nos données, dans l'optique d'une organisation axée sur les données et les perspectives.
  • Tu t'intéresses, au sein de notre grande équipe, à différentes solutions telles que l'apprentissage automatique classique, le traitement automatique du langage naturel (TALN), la vision par ordinateur, l'IA générative, la recherche opérationnelle ou encore les simulations.
  • En tant que data scientist, tu entreprends des analyses de données complexes et mets au point des modèles d'apprentissage automatique en vue de démonstrations de faisabilité, de MVP ou encore de preuves de valeur.
  • Dans ton rôle complémentaire d'analytics translator, tu aides le service commercial à traduire les idées analytiques en demandes concrètes.
  • Tu sais comment collaborer avec le service commercial pour trouver rapidement des potentiels, valider leur valeur et évaluer leur faisabilité technique.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu disposes de plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans la réalisation de projets dans le domaine Data Science. Les méthodes de travail agiles, la méthodologie DevOps et les pratiques MLOps sont pour toi des environnements familiers.
  • Ton aptitude à communiquer te permet d'expliquer des modèles et décisions complexes au moyen de récits de données intéressants, afin de relier au mieux les connaissances et perspectives des spécialistes, sponsors de projet, data scientists et data engineers.
  • Une expérience en génie logiciel ou en analyse commerciale constitue un atout, et tu t'y connais idéalement en technologies/services cloud (p. ex. AWS SageMaker, Athena, Lambda, Batch, Azure ML).
  • Tu te distingues par de bonnes connaissances des cadres de l'apprentissage automatique (p. ex. scikit-learn, Ten-sorFlow, Keras, Spark ML, Caret).
  • Tu communiques avec aisance en français et en allemand et tu disposes de bonnes connaissances en anglais.

L'unité de fonction IT/Technologie façonne l'ensemble de la Poste en tant que moteur de la numérisation et est un acteur important du succès: au-delà des tâches principales de l'informatique, nous facilitons la transformation numérique au sein de l'entreprise. Nous utilisons les toutes dernières technologies et faisons avancer les innovations en tant qu'"embedded IT" agile/bimodale. De plus, nous élaborons de nouveaux modèles commerciaux sûrs et offrons à la Poste une infrastructure ICT moderne et performante. À relever que la Poste assume ses responsabilités en matière de durabilité: notre siège principal à Berne s'est vu décerner deux certificats de durabilité et tous les centres logistiques nouvellement construits satisfont au moins aux "règles d'or" en matière de durabilité.
