Ab 2026 tritt Audi bei der FIA-Formel-1-Weltmeisterschaft an. 
 
Das neue Team hat zwei Standorte. Das Kompetenzzentrum Motorsport von Audi in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Formel-1-Fabrik der Sauber Group in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für innovative Technologien und Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Dabei kommt die Power Unit aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis sowie die Race Operations zuständig ist. Die geplante Übernahme durch die AUDI AG macht aus zwei Teams ein Werksteam – und Du kannst dabei sein. 
 
Was Du mitbringen solltest? Das Mindset eines Athleten. Wenn Du also jemand bist, der nie aufgibt, und für den Grenzen nur etwas sind, die es zu überwinden gilt, dann bring Vorsprung durch Technik mit uns in die Formel 1. Werde ein Teil des einzigartigen Projekts und schreibe Motorsportgeschichte. 

Die Stelle für das Audi F1 Project ist zu besetzen bei Sauber in Hinwil (Schweiz).
  • Leitung von IT-Projekten, einschließlich solcher, die auf bestimmte Gruppen ausgerichtet sind 
  • Leitung von IT-Projekten mit erheblicher geschäftlicher Beteiligung, einschließlich Logistik 
  • Unterstützung bei der End-to-End-Überwachung von Projekten, um deren erfolgreiche Durchführung sicherzustellen 
  • Direkte Berichterstattung an leitende Angestellte und Interessengruppen mit regelmäßigen Updates und Einblicken 
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of IT 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit AFR, um die Ausrichtung und den Erfolg des Projekts sicherzustellen 
  • Mitwirkung bei der Ermittlung von Projektrisiken und Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Plänen zur Risikominderung 
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege der Projektdokumentation, einschließlich Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Sitzungsprotokollen 
  • Teilnahme an Teamsitzungen und Unterstützung potenzieller Wachstums- und Entwicklungsinitiativen des Teams
  • Abgeschlossene Lehre, Weiterbildung oder Fortbildung im Projektmanagement (Bachelor, CAS oder ähnlich) 
  • Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten mit Software- oder Hardware-Hintergrund und zusätzlicher Projektmanagement-Ausbildung sind erwünscht 
  • 2-5 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit einer Präferenz für agile Methoden 
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools  
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse auf A2-B1-Niveau mit der Bereitschaft, sich zu verbessern. Fließend in Englisch, mit der Fähigkeit, auf Englisch zu dokumentieren und effektiv zu kommunizieren 
  • Pragmatische Herangehensweise an die Problemlösung und Projektdurchführung, die praktische und effiziente Lösungen gewährleistet 
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und IT-Infrastruktur (Cloud/Hybrid/Onpremise) ist unabdingbar 
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit Liebe zum Detail und der Fähigkeit zum Multitasking
