Als Teil der aktuellen europäischen Expansion und um unserem wachsenden Kundenstamm erstklassige Dienstleistungen bieten zu können, stellt Exoscale einen Cloud Support Technician zur Verstärkung unseres Customer Support-Teams ein.

Einige der Herausforderungen, an denen Sie arbeiten werden:
  • Erste Anlaufstelle für technische und account administrative Themen
  • Erstellen einer ersten Diagnose
  • Priorisierung und Filterung von Vorfällen und Anfragen mit Hilfe unseres Ticketing-Systems
  • Sie leiten Kunden durch Korrekturmaßnahmen und eskalieren bei Bedarf an die nächste Supportstufe
  • Beantwortung von "How to"-Fragen
  • Sie bieten hochwertige technische Unterstützung
Ideale Kandidaten bringen mit:
  • Grundlegende Erfahrung mit Linux und Vertrautheit mit CLI
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Cloud-Konzepten
  • Sie haben Einfühlungsvermögen und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut (Französisch oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil)
  • Sie sind neugierig, selbständig und lernen gerne jeden Tag etwas Neues
  • Sie sind teamfähig und können gut in einem verteilten Team arbeiten
