Votre mission

Accueillir et soutenir les requérants d'asile et les réfugiés face aux difficultés qui découlent de leur statut, notamment en les assistant dans leurs démarches administratives et sociales ainsi que dans leur processus dâintégration à Genève.

Intervenir dans le cadre de démarche de formation ou information.

Promouvoir plus de justice sociale par des actions de type militantes.

Assurer une veille stratégique propre au domaine et informer la direction des évolutions en cours et à venir dans le domaine.

Votre profil

Formation et expérience :

Diplôme, Bachelor en travail social ou formation jugée équivalente.Très bonne connaissance du réseau social genevois.Bonne connaissance des droits sociaux des personnes migrantesBonne connaissance du domaine de la migration et de lâasileBonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels.

Compétences :

Etre à l'aise dans les contacts humains et interculturel, la prise de parole en public.Avoir un sens aigu de la collaboration et la capacité de travailler en équipe et en réseauAvoir le sens de l'organisation et la capacité de prendre des initiatives.Avoir un esprit dâanalyse et de synthèse.Faire preuve dâautonomie et avoir le sens des responsabilités.Avoir une bonne capacité de rédaction.Etre capable de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément.Avoir de bonnes connaissances en anglais et éventuellement dans une seconde langue étrangère.
