Supplier Quality Engineer

Notre client, centre de développement d’un groupe international composé de près d’une vingtaine de collaborateurs dont le domaine d’activité est à classer dans les « systèmes mécatroniques pour l’industrie automobile » nous a mandatés afin de lui présélectionner son/sa futur/eSupplier Quality Engineer (H/F)
Sa mission globale consiste à améliorer et à maintenir le taux de rebus avant mise en production sur leur site d’assemblage, cela passe par la mise en place d’une relation de confiance et de solution avec les fournisseurs. Il a aussi la responsabilité de valider ou non un potentiel sous-traitant. Du fait de sa relation avec les fournisseurs, il est sollicité par l’ensemble des services de l’entreprise.
Vos tâches principales :
- Validation d’un fournisseur ; soutien au service achat ; audit de validation d’un nouveau fournisseur
- Gestion de la qualité fournisseur ; audit VDA 6.3 ; inspection et suivi des fournisseurs ; gestion des dossiers PPAP ; gestion des non-conformités et déviation fournisseurs
Votre profil :
- Formation d’ingénieur en mécanique/microtechnique ou formation jugée équivalente
- Expérience en Qualité Fournisseur ou Qualité Opérationnelle
- Maîtrise des outils Office
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral
- Disponible à voyager de l’ordre de 20%, principalement en Europe
- Formation Auditeur VDA 6.3, un net avantage
- Expérience domaine automobile (normes automobiles ISO/TS 16949), un qui peut se révéler déterminant.
