We have an exciting opportunity for a Para Legal PA/Legal Assistant based in Manno (Lugano)

Who You Are:

You’re organized, proactive and collaborative. You’re a team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and you have a passion for luxury fashion.

What You’ll Do:

• Contract management including drafting legal letters, non-disclosure agreements, consumer terms and conditions, marketing/PR and real estate documentation.
• Company secretarial and governance: assist with organizational documents including board and shareholder resolutions, minutes of meetings and powers of attorney.
• Legal research: Conducting relevant legal research.
• Provide general administrative support to the legal department, including supporting with signatures, filing, document delivery, mail and invoice management.
• Calendar management, coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepare meeting spaces.
• Manage brand protection and legal databases, including reviewing incoming cases and uploading data into the database.
• Communicate with internal teams and external vendors and partners internationally.
• Co-ordinate with external lawyers and Capri legal team.

You’ll Need to Have:

• Outstanding communication (both written and verbal) and ability to communicate with all levels of the company including senior management
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and problem solve
• Strong time management, project management and workload management skills
• Must have a strong sense of ownership, teamwork, responsibility and initiative
• Strong knowledge of computer systems and applications with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word (including track changes), Excel, & PowerPoint
