Profil :

Diplôme ETS ou formation équivalente.

Expérience confirmée dans une fonction équivalente de minimum 5 ans.

Expérience en Suisse et bonne connaissance du fonctionnement de ses administrations.

Expérience en direction des travaux.

Vous êtes autonome et savez prendre des initiatives.

Vous arrivez à clarifier les priorités et rester en tout temps organisé, rigoureux et consciencieux.

Vous savez travailler en équipe et communiquer avec des tiers.

Vous êtes intéressé à intégrer, dès les phases les plus précoces de projet, nos collaborateur internes de lâéquipe dâingénieurs civils.

Ãtre pluridisciplinaire est un atout.

Missions :

Développement de toutes les phases SIA en collaboration avec le MO et les mandataires nécessaires.

Projet et gestion de faisabilité.

Projet et gestion des dossiers de mise à lâenquête.

Projet et gestion de lâensemble des appels dâoffre.

Développement et coordination de tout le dossier dâexécution.

Dessin de détails et de plans (partiel) en collaboration avec les dessinateurs du bureau.

Gestion du projet dâexécution en qualité de directeur travaux et/ou direction architecturale.

Connaissances demandées :

Bonnes connaissances des normes de construction en vigueur.

Logiciels de dessin Autocad

Logiciels de bureautique usuels Microsoft.

Langue française impérative (y compris écrit).

Langue Anglaise est un atout.
