Join our dynamic team as a Senior Communication Enablement Manager, where your expertise will play a pivotal role in establishing effective communication practices. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will contribute to strategic projects and enhance customer experience through impactful communications.Tasks:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to establish communication ground rules for various types of communication and define the lifecycle communication strategy for key journeys based on thoseCompile a repository of existing communication templates and triggersRevisit the repository in-line with agreed-upon strategy or deliver new communication templates for key journeysCollaborate with IT and Platforms Enablement team to identify and implement optimal communication platforms and support software toolsDevelop an incidents management approach for communication-related issuesSupport communication delivery for major projects within Consumer Main BrandRequirements:5-7 years experience working on strategic projects involving customers experience and ITProven record in successful stakeholder managementExperience in lifecycle communicationStrong conceptual and strategy thinking, ability to capture a big picture and distill it into tactical planKiller instinct- ability to make things happenHigh proficiency in German and English, knowledge of French and Italian languages is advantageousAt Sunrise, you will work in a dynamic and international environment where every voice is heard, perspectives are shared, and values are respected.
