ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB

Lead in developing & driving People & Culture Strategy within Commercial functions.  Partnering with Functional Directors to achieve the best functional results through tailored people initiatives and developing employees to perform to their highest potential. Accelerating business results though simplifying complexity and advancing collaboration.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Co-own the Commercial people business plan ensuring input from Regional, Business Unit and Centres of  Expertise group guidelines are incorporated
  • Accountable for a healthy functional talent pipeline involving functional talent strategy and strategic workforce planning
  • Accountable for driving High Performance Culture and Engagement in terms of strategic insights, understanding and actions leading to sustainable improvements
  • Identifying productivity improvements and strategic initiatives, ensuring their implementation. Driving function/organisational efficiencies: span of control, layers, manager ratio
  • Investigating and designing new ways of working and organizational design in order to enable the business functions to achieve their long-term strategic goals, driving change management for key strategic initiatives. Adoption, application of functional org design archetypes. Supporting Org Design pilots, capturing learnings and proposing improvements
  • Identifying key functional capability requirements and working with L&D to devise critical functional capability plans
  • DEI : develop strategy to support delivery of targets, plan actions and drive implementation of Talent Diversity , build leaders’ capability & commitment behind it

Essential Criteria

  • University degree or university of applied sciences degree, ideally with further training in management or HR
  • Perfect knowledge of German and English language
  • Understanding of HR workings;  Talent & Career Development, Culture, Employee Engagement, Organisational Design, Learning & Development, Employer Branding
  • Ability to influence and demonstrate high level of capability with regard to various forms of communication
  • Insights into strategy track record
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, not afraid of taking unpopular decisions
  • Strong relationship-building, consultative and influencing skills and customer focus
  • Demonstrable project and change management skills

Desirable Criteria

  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
  • Command of the French Language
