Das ist der Job - Deine Hauptaufgaben bei Eraneos

  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen beratest du unsere Kundinnen und Kunden aus der europäischen Finanzindustrie in deren Projektarbeit, begleitest die digitale Transformation und setzt neue Standards in der Bewältigung aktueller Herausforderungen.

  • Du begleitest die Implementierung von Transformationsvorhaben und unterstützt unsere Kundinnen und Kunden in den Bereichen Banking Transformation und Regulatory & Compliance.


Dieser Job ist für dich, wenn

  • Du solides Fachwissen im Bereich Regulatory & Compliance hinsichtlich Themen wie Financial Crime, Investor Protection, Data Privacy etc. mitbringst.

  • Du bestenfalls Erfahrungen in der Durchführung agiler Transformationsprojekte hast.

  • Du mit einzelnen Bankprozessen wie z.B. Client Onboarding und Transaction Monitoring vertraut bist und Du dein Fachwissen in Regulatory & Compliance im jeweiligen Kontext anzuwenden weisst.

  • Du deine Berufserfahrung im Bereich Regulatory & Compliance bereits in Projekten bei einer Unternehmensberatung oder einem Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen unter Beweis gestellt hast (mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung).

  • Dir die Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen Freude bereitet und du als kommunikative Person gerne dein Wissen teilst.

  • Du erste Erfahrungen mit agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement Methoden hast und ggf. über entsprechende Zertifizierungen wie beispielsweise PMI, Prince 2, SCRUM, SAFe oder ähnliche verfügst.

  • Du einen Studienabschluss in Wirtschaftswissenschaften mitbringst.

  • Du komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und zielgruppengerecht in Deutsch und Englisch aufbereiten und kommunizieren kannst.


Als i-Tüpfelchen bringst du mit

  • Vorhandene Zertifizierungen im Bereich AML ISMS sind von Vorteil.
