Pour une importante société industrielle du Canton de Neuchâtel, nous sommes à la recherche de son futur :Responsable de Production (H/F)

Vos principales tâches :

Garantir le bon fonctionnement de la production en respectant les normes environnement et les quotas de productionConduire/ motiver/ évaluer et proposer les formations adéquates aux collaborateurs sous responsabilités, justificatif RH, évalutation trimestrielle, semestrielle et annuellePlanifier l'horaire des équipes de production, les remplaçants et les services de piquet pour garantir la conduite des 3 lignes d'incinération en tenant compte des contraintes d'absences, de vacances et du respect des directives légalesProposer les améliorations dans le domaine de responsabilité, pour augmenter la production, la sécurité et le confort des collaborateurs et de l'outil de productionSuperviser les processus établis: rapports de quart, tournées des équipes, constats de panne, des déviations des trendsRespect et application des réglementsEtroite collaboration avec la logistique ainsi que les achats et la direction

Votre profil :

Vous êtes au bénéfice d'un diplôme technicien ES ou ingénieurVous avez une solide expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans le domaine industriel au sein d'un poste similaireVous êtes à l'aise avec la conduite et planification de personnel Vous avez un très bon leadership et êtes un homme de terrainVous avez une très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels Vous gérez votre travail en toute autonomieVous avez un très bon sens des priorités et méthodologies efficientes de travail. Vous avez de l'entregent et êtes pérsévérant
