Das neue Team hat zwei Standorte. Das Kompetenzzentrum Motorsport von Audi in Neuburg (Deutschland) gilt als eines der modernsten seiner Art in Europa. Die Formel-1-Fabrik der Sauber Group in Hinwil (Schweiz) ist bekannt für innovative Technologien und Leidenschaft für den Rennsport. Dabei kommt die Power Unit aus Neuburg, während Hinwil für die Entwicklung des Chassis sowie die Race Operations zuständig ist. Die geplante Übernahme durch die AUDI AG macht aus zwei Teams ein Werksteam – und Du kannst dabei sein. 
Was Du mitbringen solltest? Das Mindset eines Athleten. Wenn Du also jemand bist, der nie aufgibt, und für den Grenzen nur etwas sind, die es zu überwinden gilt, dann bring Vorsprung durch Technik mit uns in die Formel 1. Werde ein Teil des einzigartigen Projekts und schreibe Motorsportgeschichte.

Die Stelle für das Audi F1 Project ist zu besetzen bei Sauber in Hinwil (Schweiz).

Arbeite auf den Formel 1-Rennstrecken weltweit und werde Teil des Power Unit Race Teams
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für alle Performance-Themen Antriebsstrang, einschliesslich Test-, Renn- und Sessions-Vorbereitungen
  • Verantwortung für die Koordination von interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams
  • Management von Performance-relevanten Themen unter Einbeziehung von Mission Control und den Fachabteilungen, z.B. Energiemanagement, Kraftstoffeinsparungsstrategie oder Drehmomentverteilung (MGU-K/ICE/BBW..)
  • Durchführung von „driver in loop“ Assessment an Test- und Rennwochenenden sowie Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von identifizierten Fehlern
  • Schnelle und präzise Entscheidungsfindung sowie Kommunikation kalkulierter Risiken
  • Leistungsorientiertes Arbeiten und Effizienzsteigerung unter kontinuierlich hohem Druck
  • Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften oder ähnliche Qualifikation
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in Datenanalyse insbesondere mit «McLaren Applied Atlas» oder ähnlichen Instrumenten
  • Gutes Verständnis für die Funktionalität, Technologie und Architektur eines F1 Antriebsstrangs
  • Erfahrung in Performance Antriebsstrang und Energiemanagement
  • Umfassendes Know-how Gesamtfahrzeug und Fahrdynamik
  • Erfahrung mit Matlab/Simulink und JIRA wünschenswert
  • Flexibilität, Leidenschaft und eine hohe Bereitschaft für Reisen rund um die Welt (insbesondere an Wochenenden mit Bereitschaft zu Überstunden)
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch-Kenntnisse sowie die Bereitschaft Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache zu erlernen sind Voraussetzung
