Für unseren Kunden mit Standort in Schaffhausen suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Requirements Engineer (m/w/d) Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Stelle mit Startdatum so bald wie möglich. AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG:
Du wirst Teil unseres Produktteams und für das Requirements Engineering in komplexen IT-Projekten verantwortlich.Du arbeitest mit unseren Fachabteilungen und den Projektleitern übergreifend für das Anforderungsmanagement zusammen, bei fachlichen Abnahmen unterstützt du das Projektteam.Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für alle Anfragen bezüglich neuer und bestehender Anforderungen.Du wirkst als Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachabteilungen und IT und stellst den optimalen Wissenstransfer sicher.Du unterstützt bei der Priorisierung komplexer Anforderungen und dem Aufsetzen sowie Monitoring diverser KPIs.Du gestaltest fachliche Architekturen und Prozess Flows gemeinsam mit der IT und relevanten Stakeholdern.Du wirkst bei der Anpassung der Produktlösung zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit mit.Du bereitest Kundenworkshops zur Anforderungsanalyse gemeinsam mit unserem Vertriebs- und Projektteam vor, moderierst diese und wertest sie anschließend aus.Du gehst mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch ans Werk.Du baust gemeinsam mit unserem Team unseren weiteren Standort in Deutschland auf, vor Ort in Stuttgart bzw. Düsseldorf oder aus Schaffhausen heraus.ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL:
Du brennst für das Anforderungsmanagement komplexer Connectivity-Lösungen im Bereich IIoT, Telematik und Sensorik.Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Ingenieurwesen, IT oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Bereich Anforderungsmanagement und Anforderungsdefinition in komplexen Softwareprojekten mit.Du besitzt ausgeprägte konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe zeichnen dich aus.Du bringst idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Prozessmodellierung (EPK, BPMN), der natursprachlichen Anforderungsdefinition (Use Cases, User Stories) sowie der modellbasierten Anforderungsdefinition (UML) mit.Du verfügst idealerweise über tiefgreifendes Prozessverständnis in den Branchen Chemie, Schienenverkehr und Intermodal-Logistik.Du tritts überzeugungs- und durchsetzungsstark auf, Deine kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sowie Deine ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz unterstützen Dich dabei.Du begeisterst Dich für komplexe, technische und prozessorientierte Fragestellungen.Du hast eine zielorientierte Hands-on Mentalität, bringst Selbstinitiative mit und handelst eigenverantwortlich.Du lebst Deine Leidenschaft für digitale Themen, Technologien sowie Trends gerne in international arbeitenden Team aus und löst Herausforderungen mit Deinem positiven Mindset.Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis in Deutschland oder Schweiz.
