Junior Operations Analyst – Investment Reporting & Accounting (Zurich, Switzerland)

Responsibilities:

- Support the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.

- Assist in managing Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.

- Help prepare and create financial statements for investment accounting clients.

- Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records.

- Facilitate smooth operations across the Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.

Skills and Experience:

- Basic understanding of investment reporting and accounting.

- Experience in data reconciliation.

- Familiarity with creating financial statements for investment accounting clients.

- Foundational knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements.

- Understanding of the Securities domain, including corporate actions.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Basic German and fluent English proficiency.
