Senior Operations Analyst – Investment Reporting & Accounting (Zurich, Switzerland)

Cognizant is expanding its team and seeking flexible, full-time Senior Operations Analysts in Wealth Management. This hybrid banking and financial services role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of cross-border merger strategies from old entity to new entity for a leading bank.
- Oversee and manage Investment Banking and Wealth Management products, focusing on Securities, Corporate Actions, Custody Services, Hedge Funds, Investment Reporting, Foreign Exchange, Collateral, and Data Management.
- Prepare and create financial statements for investment accounting clients.
- Perform data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records.
- Ensure efficient operations across the Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office functions.
- Mentor and guide junior analysts, promoting best practices in investment reporting and accounting.
Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience in investment reporting and accounting.
- Proven experience in creating financial statements for investment accounting clients.
- Strong background in data reconciliation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with processing knowledge of confirmations and settlements.
- In-depth understanding of the Securities domain, including corporate actions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic German and fluent English proficiency.
