For our Business Unit Consumer Goods & Performance Materials at the headquarter in Füllinsdorf we are looking for a dedicated personality as Sales Executive Automation Solutions EMEA.
As a global market leader, our solutions accelerate future developments in consumer goods & performance materials, such as cosmetics, nutrition, coatings, adhesives, batteries and many others, in a wide range of chemical research fields and quality control.
To take our business to the next level, we need a self-motivated, high energy sales person who is extremely driven to succeed and will continually uncover new opportunities for the company. This person is a go-getter who pushes himself every day. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and build momentum with our leading technology in order to significantly grow our business?
- Proactively evaluate new business opportunities, generate and develop leads with a focus on deal closing in order to achieve your sales targets within the EMEA market
- Support the customer’s internal champion(s) to help assemble a comprehensive strategy for implementing digitalization with Chemspeed solutions throughout the customer organization
- Implement a targeted and aggressive sales strategy matching the needs of your market to ensure sustainable growth for all our products and services
- Develop and implement target account plans to ensure market penetration with existing as well as new customers
- Present Chemspeed solutions at conferences and seminars
- Continuously optimize the efficiency of your sales process by maximizing the impact of our in-house support and our CRM tool
- Proven sales experience of scientific / technical investment goods, preferably automated lab equipment or related field
- Degree in science or engineering
- Proficient in English. German desired. Further languages would be a plus.
- Highly self-driven, goal-oriented and market-focused personality
- Familiarity with the European Consumer Goods & Performance Materials b2b markets
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Enjoy direct contact with customers and traveling
- Willing to contribute to the success of our enterprise as a key member of our highly motivated team
