Medtronic is hiring a Web Marketing Trainee responsible for delivering and managing projects assigned, and working with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. You will spend most of the time delivering and overseeing project task requests related to the digital asset management experience, adhering to policies, using knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education. To us, you are a seasoned individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. 

In return, we will provide you with outstanding training, and the opportunity to work in a varied and challenging role. You will be expected to be located in Switzerland and be responsible for Western Europe Region.

A Day in the Life
•    Work with Digital Growth Marketing team to support the digital asset properties of marketing and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives
•    Consult with Digital Marketing team and follow the promotional material approval steps as per the project requirements
•    Perform, coordinate, and oversee activities such as digital asset tagging management.
•    Publish final assets on Digital Asset Management System and track the expiry of all, to process the re-approval where necessary
•    Help with the deployment of a sales rep touch marketing solution, concerning the tagging and deployment of these assets in the Digital Asset Management solution

Must Haves
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
•    Digital savvy with proven interest and passion for web marketing.
•    Self-starter, team player, results-driven, competent in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
•    Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office.
•    Ability to problem solve.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

Nice to Haves
•    Process improvement knowledge.
•    Experience in marketing.
•    Content Creation/ Publishing, Adobe Experience Manager basic knowledge.
•    IT knowledge.
