Join us as a Global Event Producer and play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's global presence through impactful events. We are seeking a seasoned Global Events Producer to lead the coordination and strategic planning of our diverse range of events across markets.

Your Mission

Global Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with global stakeholders to understand brand goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with market stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of events in alignment with global strategies.

Event Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with the brand's global vision.
  • Manage regional events by providing guidance on event risk and liability management.
  • Ensure that events contribute to the overall brand narrative and customer experience.

Project Management:

  • Oversee and guide market stakeholders in project management for events.
  • Ensure projects progress in a timely manner and align with global timelines and objectives.
  • Identify potential risks and provide effective solutions to mitigate them.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the central point of contact for market stakeholders, offering guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across global and market teams.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the global events budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Provide financial guidance to market teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor and report on budget utilization for transparency and accountability.
Your story
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in global event production, preferably within the retail or sports industry, (5 years above)alongside a strong understanding of brand and experiential marketing
  • Strong understanding of event risk and liability management.
  • Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on timelines and objectives.
  • Experience in complex stakeholder management, such as internal matrix structure, having built strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Financial acumen for managing event budgets.
