Ecorobotix is growing To pursue our mission, we are looking for a:Sales Administration Assistant

Your missions :

Process the sales ordersCheck data accuracy in orders and invoicesContact clients to obtain missing information or answer queriesCollaborate with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveriesManage the order confirmationMaintain and update sales and customer recordsKeep under systematic review the ERP systemProviding support for sales teamDevelop monthly sales reports and consolidation of sales forecasts.Communicate important feedback from customers internallyEmail responses to leads and dispatch to Area Sales ManagersEnsure sales targets are met and report any deviationsStay up to date with new products and features

Your profile :

Federal Certificate of Vocational Education and Training in Business and Administration.Good knowledge of French (C1) and English (B2 minimum), German is a plus.3 years of experience in Sales department of a small or medium-sized company with administratives responsibilities.1 year of experience with an ERP required (Odoo, SAP, etc.)Excellent command of the usual computer tools (In particular Word, Excel, Outlook)
