SpezialistIn Accounts Payable Womit wirst Du arbeiten? 
  • Kontrolle der Rechnungen und Spesenabrechnung hinsichtlich Richtigkeit
  • Einholen und Sicherstellen von Zahlungsautorisationen
  • Kontierung von Rechnungen und Spesen sowie elektronische Archivierung
  • Vorbereitung und Ausführung der wöchentlichen Zahlungsläufe
  • Verbuchung der monatlichen Kreditkartentransaktionen
  • Gegenprüfung der Kassenbestände und buchhalterische Erfassung der Transaktionen
  • Aktualisierung der FX Rates im Buchhaltungssystem
  • Vorbereitung von monatlichen Abgrenzungsbuchungen
  • Durchführen verschiedener Kontroll- und Analyseaufgaben
  • Generelle Buchhaltungsaufgaben und ad-hoc Tasks
  • Unterstützung der Teamkollegen als Stellvertreter(-in)
Was Du mitbringst
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Handelsschule oder ein gleichwertiger Abschluss
  • Berufserfahrung in einer Finanzabteilung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel und Buchhaltungssystemen. Anwenderkenntnisse in SAGE ist ein Plus
  • Motivation bestehende Prozesse laufend zu verbessern und den neuen Gegebenheiten anzupassen
  • Eine exakte, selbständige, flexible und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise wird vorausgesetzt
