Document Configuration Manager

Avec 1,5 million de membres, le Touring Club Suisse est le plus grand club de mobilité de Suisse. Depuis 125 ans, il s’engage pour la promotion de la mobilité individuelle et mène des initiatives d’intérêt public, notamment dans les domaines de la sécurité routière et de la protection des consommateurs. En tant qu’organisation sans but lucratif, le TCS fournit des conseils pour une mobilité sûre, économique et durable à l’ensemble de la population suisse, quel que soit le moyen de transport utilisé. Interlocuteur privilégié des autorités, le TCS intervient de manière compétente et factuelle dans le débat politique pour promouvoir le libre choix du moyen de transport et une infrastructure de qualité.

Document Configuration Manager

Dans cette fonction, votre mission principale sera l’analyse et la configuration des règles de vente et documentaires destinées à nos membres, ainsi que le développement dans l’outil éditique.

En relation avec le business et les Product Manager vous serez le point de contact technique dans les projets.

Vos défis
  • Analyse des demandes de configuration business et réalisation de leur paramétrage dans les systèmes relatifs selon les processus métiers
  • Configuration et/ou modification documentaires (Templates, logique et élément de production) en collaboration avec les services IT ainsi que le prestataire d’impression
  • Support et participation à l'analyse des productions finales et de contrôle
  • Participation aux actions d’améliorations, de création et de projets en suivant les évolutions demandés par les Product Manager
  • Mise en place d'outil de monitoring ainsi que de services d'alertes afin d'anticiper les erreurs documentaires en collaboration avec le Business Reporting Manager
Ce que vous apportez
  • Formation en gestion (HEG/Bachelor) avec orientation business suivie ou une expérience similaire de 2 à 3 ans (influence IT et technique un atout)
  • Connaissances Opentext Exstream (un atout)
  • Personne flexible, orientée solutions, autonome et organisée, dotée d’une grande capacité de recherche, d’analyse et de synthèse
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et résistance au stress
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (allemand un atout)
