Engineer Yield

Your responsibility

• Responsible for continuous yield improvement activities in close collaboration with Development, Operations, Process Engineering and Quality
• Train pipelines and machine learning classifier to identify certain deviations for process improvement plans
• Evaluate and qualify new optical inspection equipment/technology
• Code data analysis scripts to make data accessible within the organization
• Participate in project to evaluate machine learning algorithm to have a yield maintenance prediction using existing manufacturing data

Your profile

• B.Sc, or higher degree in Data science, Physics/Materials Science/Optics/Mechanical Eng./Electrical Eng. or related engineering domains
• Practical experience with optical inspection processes as used in the semiconductor industry.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions, and implement/monitor corrective actions
• Good understanding of the fabrication technologies used for advanced optical components
• Proficiency with data engineering tools (e.g. Python, SQL, Apache Airflow or similar)
