We are seeking an ambitious and sports-passionate Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Sponsorship-Team as soon as possible, on a 80-100% workload.

As Marketing Manager for HYROX Switzerland, you'll play a central role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and success for HYROX in Switzerland. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to engage potential participants and support the market entry and growth of HYROX in Switzerland through suitable marketing measures.

Your main tasks

  • Development and implementation of marketing and channel strategies, elaboration of the marketing strategy for the introduction of HYROX in Switzerland as well as increasing brand awareness

  • Campaign management, including planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, as well as utilizing various channels such as online advertising, social media, e-mail marketing and gym events

  • Planning and managing targeted performance marketing measures in collaboration with agencies

  • Content creation, involving the creation of engaging and relevant marketing content to deliver HYROX messages and values for social media, newsletters, websites, as well as for affiliate programs of all kinds

  • Ambassador management, identifying and attracting potential ambassadors and partners as well as maintaining partnerships and coordinating corresponding marketing activities

  • Market and data analysis, conducting data analyses in close consultation with Hyrox DACH and continuously optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns with the insights gained

  • Budget planning and controlling for the digital marketing area, efficient and cost-conscious use of resources, as well as analysis and reporting of the ROI of marketing activities

  • Support of other Active Lifestyle projects as B2Run or Megamarsch Switzerland

  • Close collaboration with various internal departments such as HYROX Team Switzerland, Marketing HYROX DACH, Active Lifestyle Team Switzerland, as well as external partners such as agencies and ambassadors to ensure integrated marketing strategy planning and implementation

Your profile

  • You have 3-5 years professional experience and proven track record in a similar position

  • You have professional experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and a further education in Marketing

  • You have demonstrated success in increasing brand awareness and achieving marketing goals

  • You possess solid knowledge in using social media platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, and digital analytics tools

  • You are creative and innovative in developing original marketing campaigns and successfully establishing the HYROX brand

  • You have experience in SEO/SEA and independent creation

  • You have first experience in editing image and video material, which would be an advantage

  • You have experience in stakeholder and ambassador management as well as partnership building

  • You bring analytical thinking and experience in using data to optimize marketing activities

  • You are a team player, communicative, enthusiastic, contribute your own ideas proactively, work independently and reliably

  • You speak and write fluently in German and English
