Purpose

 

The Operations Projects Manager Europe is leading and coordinating the overall direction, implementation, executions, control & completion of strategic and operational projects for Richemont Customer Service in Europe, while ensuring consistency with group strategy.

You will be part of a team leading strategic initiatives and strongly supporting the Group and our Maisons to transform their business operating model where needed.

 

You will be successful in the role by leading below main missions

 

  • Execution of regional strategic projects and follow-up on their implementation

  • Liaising with Group RCS to ensure alignment of the regional orientations with the Group strategy

  • Review operational efficiencies and benchmark performance levels within the region

  • Monitor KPIs and objectives; drive appropriate corrective actions if needed

  • Deploy organization template and procedures in platforms and identify areas of improvement

  • Participate in Group initiatives/projects; be the interface between Group RCS and platforms

  • Support management and business operations

  • Participate in budget process: support markets and consolidate regional budget for the management and Maisons approval

  • Monitor RCS costs and propose cost optimization plan to markets and Maisons

  • Build dashboards for Europe CS relying on tools like PBI, SAC or any other BI and reporting Group tools.

 

Your invaluable skills we are looking for

 

  • You have at least 5 years’ experience in strategic project management or operations in complex and multicultural organizations

  • You demonstrate a strong leadership; you are action and result driven with a significant customer focus

  • You have strong project management and organizational skills

  • You hold a master’s degree in engineering or business operations

  • You are fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional languages such as French is a plus)

  • You have an affinity for IT and good understanding of business management

  • You have an analytical and data-driven mindset
