Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un(e) Assistant(e) administratif(ve) junior FR-ANG pour un poste fixe à 100% - disponible de suite
Voici les missions qui t´attendent:
- Réception physique et téléphonique,
- Facturation, gestion de l'économat,
- Rédaction de courriers,
- Préparation et mise en page de documents juridiques,
- Classement, archivage.
Qualifikationen
Ton profil :
- Français et anglais courant (minimum C1),
- BTS et/ou Bachelor idéalement le domaine juridique,
- Rigueur, organisation, bonne gestion du stress, excellente orthographe,
- Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels : MS Office,
- Salaire : 4'500 chf x 13 mois.
