Data/Compliance Management Expert (H/F)

Missions:

Mettre en place une gouvernance et tous les processus nécessaires pour répondre aux exigences légales et contractuelles de conformité. Identifier pour chaque donnée dans leurs applications le ou les Data Controller Identifier pour chaque donnée le ou les Data Owner Internes Identifier les sous-traitants du TCS (prestataires qui hébergent ou traitent des données personnelles de leurs membres) pour chaque traitement (architecture IT). Répondre aux demandes d'accès pour identifier rapidement quelles sont les données (de manière exhaustive) que le TCS a au sujet d'une personne et où elles se trouvent (aussi utile si la personne demande la suppression de toutes ses données)Définir une gouvernance claire et identifier: la gestion des accès aux données non plus par applications métiers mais selon un processus cohérent et documenté (qui a donné à qui l'accès à quelle donnée et pour quel motif, et quand) la conversion des données : possibilité de fixer et gérer la durée de la conversation et la suppression des données. classification des données selon un processus défini l'hébergement des données Une phase pilote sur 2 use case sera réalisée pour valider la bonne façon d'appliquer toutes les règles

Profil:

Ingénieur HES/EPF ou formation équivalente Plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine de la compliance, de la protection des données Expérience avérée et vérifiable (via portfolio) de la mise en place de projets concernant la compliance et la protection des donnéesExpérience avérée en gestion d'équipe et en gestion de projetOrganisé, orienté solutions et doté d'un esprit d'équipe Bonne connaissance du français et de l'allemand (un atout)
