qui aura un double rôle de technical owner et d'application owner. Cette dualité requiert tout à la fois des compétences d'administration système avancées, de business analyst et de communication.
Dans son rôle de technical owner, le/la futur/e collaborateur/trice sera responsable d'assurer la disponibilité maximale de l'une de ses applications principales ainsi que de la recherche des causes d'incidents (trouble shooting). La personne veillera également à l'évolution des versions du logiciel ainsi que de l'infrastructure qui l'héberge, y compris une importante base de données.
En collaboration étroite avec les équipes infrastructure et opérations, il/elle veillera à ce que ses directives et recommandations soient bien mises en oeuvre par ces derniers, lui/elle même n'ayant pas les droits sur l'environnement de production.
En tant qu'application owner, la personne sera en contact avec les utilisateurs pour les soutenir dans l'utilisation quotidienne de l'outil, analyser leurs nouveaux besoins et proposer des solutions pour y répondre.
Profil recherché
Formation de base en informatique ou forte expérienceExpérience professionnelle de plus de 5 ans comme responsable technique d'applicationExpérience préalable comme administrateur système en environnement Windows, SQL ServerFortes capacités d'analyse et de recherche des causes d'incidentsExpérience professionnelle en environnement ITIL, une certification est un fort atoutSavoir faire preuve de curiosité pour imaginer et proposer des solutionsTrès bonne maîtrise du français (niveau C1 minimum) et de l'anglais (niveau B2 minimum)Nationalité suisse, permis de travail valable ou citoyen de l'Union EuropéenneLieu de travail : Télétravail possible jusqu'à 2 jours par semaine. Possibilité de travailler en partie depuis une succursale à Lausanne.
Le/la candidat/e idéal/e doit avant tout faire preuve de calme, réflexion, logique et curiosité, avec un fort background en administration système et une excellente approche service client. Une expérience professionnelle de 20 ans et plus peut s'avérer un fort avantage pour cette position.
