Présent à Genève et à Lausanne Talan Suisse compte aujourd’hui près de150 collaborateurs. Initialement investi dans le secteur financier, Talan s’est développé ces dernières années dans les secteurs de l’horlogerie, des assurances, des médias et des services. 

Responsabilités clés : 

  • Collecte des besoins : Diriger la collecte et l’analyse des exigences métiers des parties prenantes de divers départements, en garantissant une compréhension complète de leurs besoins et objectifs. 

  • Conception de la solution : Collaborer avec les équipes techniques et les architectes de solutions pour concevoir une solution de remplacement efficace et efficiente pour le Security Master en utilisant Markit EDM, en prenant en compte les exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles. 

  • Autonomie et initiative : Faire preuve d’un haut niveau d’autonomie et d’initiative dans la conduite du processus d’analyse et de conception, en identifiant de manière proactive les problèmes potentiels. 

  • Documentation : Produire une documentation claire et concise, y compris des documents de besoins métiers, des spécifications fonctionnelles, des user stories, des flux de processus et des mappings de données, pour soutenir le développement et la mise en œuvre de la nouvelle solution Security Master. 

  • Tests et assurance qualité : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de QA pour définir des scénarios de test, valider les fonctionnalités du système et s’assurer que la solution mise en œuvre répond aux exigences commerciales et aux normes de qualité. 

  • Formation et support : Fournir une formation et un support aux utilisateurs finaux lors de la transition vers le nouveau système Security Master, garantissant une adoption fluide et une perturbation minimale des opérations commerciales. 

Expérience : 

  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst dont plusieurs années avérées dans des contextes de banques privées et en particulier sur des activités liées au Security Master File 

Compétences requises : 

  • Capacité relationnelle d’échange avec l’IT et le business 

  • Capacité de formalisation des besoins 

  • Capacité d’animation d’ateliers 

  • Capacité à faire le lien entre l'éditeur et l'équipe projet 

  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome  

  • Appétence pour le data management 

  • Expérience en private banking / Security Master File  

  • Connaissance d’un EDM du marché  

  • Connaissance de Markit EDM un plus 

  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français 

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur
