Pour notre division Système d’Information, nous recherchons un Data Analyst (H/F) afin de rejoindre le groupe Data Analytics, au sein duquel il aura la responsabilité de mettre en place et d'administrer les outils de reporting pour Rolex, Tudor et leurs filiales tout en animant la communauté de Business Intelligence Self-Service.
Responsabilités- Participer à la conception des outils de reporting
- Développer les tableaux de bord et outils d’analyse de données
- Définir et réaliser les flux d’alimentation de données du Data Warehouse
- Optimiser les sources de données pour une bonne expérience utilisateur
- Orienter les évolutions des Data Warehouses et des outils de visualisation de données
- Promouvoir l’utilisation des outils self-service BI dans la communauté via des communications et des formations
- Apporter le support niveau 3 sur les outils de reporting
- Maitriser l’architecture technique des environnements BI et la faire évoluer avec les équipes Plateforme
- Gérer différents projets de déploiement
- Assurer une veille technologique dans les domaines de la BI
- Formation universitaire dans le domaine informatique, ingénierie EPF
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire
- Bonnes connaissances en modélisation et développement BI
- Sensibilité forte en Data Visualisation
- Bonnes compétences Tableau, SAP BW, Snowflake
- Connaissance des techniques de traitement de données (transformation, profilage, visualisation)
- Sens du relationnel, rigueur et autonomie
- Compétences linguistiques : français courant avec une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
