Join Our International Client as Compensation & Benefits Manager

Are you a seasoned Compensation & Benefits professional ready to embark on a thrilling journey with our esteemed international client? We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Compensation & Benefits Manager across multiple European locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll operations and liaise with providers for accuracy and compliance.

  • Lead annual compensation reviews and execute global compensation programs.

  • Analyze financial data to optimize costs and revenue while ensuring legal compliance.

  • Design and implement competitive compensation and bonus schemes.

  • Provide guidance on local regulations and ensure adherence to labor laws.

  • Act as a liaison with global C&B teams, providing necessary reporting and collaboration.

  • Foster trust-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Motivate teams and facilitate best practice sharing within the HR community.

  • Renew compensation plans based on employee feedback and organizational needs.

  • Drive engagement and employee satisfaction through innovative C&B programs.

    qualifications

    Requirements:

    • 10 years of experience in similar role

    • Degree in HR Management; RH Brevet Federal preferred

    • Proficiency in HRIS or payroll software

    • Strong influencer with proven stakeholder management skills

    • Extensive international payroll and equity management experience

    • Expertise in designing compensation packages and bonus programs

    • Creative problem-solving abilities with a quick technical grasp

    • In-depth understanding of job evaluation, analysis systems, and Swiss labor laws

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills

    • Fluent in English; French proficiency desirable
