  • Unterstützung der operativen Bereiche in Risk Services in fachlicher und konzeptioneller Hinsicht und Sicherstellung des 2nd Level Support für den betreuten Fachbereich
  • Konsultierung der von den Kartenorganisationen kommunizierten Ãnderungen, Einleitung der entsprechenden Massnahmen sowie Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers
  • Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Risk-Services und -Prozesse in den Bereichen Onboarding, Pre-Delinquency, Delinquency und Edit Rules
  • Mitarbeit in Change- und New Business Projekten für den Bereich Operations Risk Management mit starkem Fokus auf Onboarding- und Emissionsthemen
  • Mitverantwortlich für das Release- und Incident-Management der verwalteten Applikationen
  • Erheben, Formulieren, Umsetzen, Koordinieren und Einführen von Anforderungen an die zugeteilten Applikationen, Services und deren Schnittstellen
  • Professionelle und lösungsorientierte Betreuung von internen und externen Schnittstellen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit und Berichterstattung in verschiedenen internen und externen GremienProfil
    • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Banking- und/oder Paymentsektor
    • Erfahrung im Risk-Management sind von Vorteil
    • Gute konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Handlungsweise
    • Erfahrungen im Bereich Business Analyse, Requirements Engineering sowie agile Team Organisation (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban) sind von Vorteil
    • Lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein, welche sich in einem lebhaften Umfeld wohl fühlt
