WHAT ARE OUR EXPECTATIONS?
Within the International Retail Performance department, the main mission of the Retail Performance Analyst is to provide tools and reports, understand and analyze KPIs, and initiate structuring projects to drive performance across the network (boutique, e-Commerce, Partners) in close collaboration with regions and other departments of the Maison.
In that context:
- You work on key indicators on retail performance by creating and sharing dashboards. You also contribute to the improvement of the existing reports and tools. You provide benchmarks, analysis and key indicators to support decision making and strategic discussions for the HQ and regions.
- You accompany the different regions to ensure a good understanding of their KPIs and analysis and make sure they are aligned with the Maison’s strategy and priorities.
- You identify and initiate projects to develop and enhance the Maison performance liaising with other departments.
