Description du poste

Conception et installation de parcs informatiques 10-300 utilisateurs (On-Premise & Cloud) en autonomie avec le support de la direction ITInstallation, dépannage, migration et configuration de :

o Réseaux layer 2 & 3

o Firewalls Fortinet

o Environnement Serveur Windows Server

o Infrastructure virtualisée VMware & Hyper-V

o Déploiement dâenvironnements Cloud

o Baie de stockage (SAN)

o Messagerie 365

Installation, dépannage et configuration des postes de travail du portefeuille clientGestion des incidents de niveau 2 & 3 (dépannage sur site et à distance)Audit et documentation de parcs informatiques

Profil

Vous êtes titulaire du diplôme de technicien IT ES ou équivalent au minimumCapacité à gérer un projet IT de la prise en charge jusquâà sa remiseRésistant au stress, vous savez gérer les priorités et vous êtes flexibleLe service client et la rapidité dâexécution sont vos points forts grâce à votre rigueur, votre organisation, votre proactivité et votre excellente capacité de communicationVous appréciez le travail en équipe, vous avez un leadership naturelParfaite maîtrise du français, anglais oral et écrit niveau B1 minimum, allemand un plusCuriosité naturelle dans lâévolution technologique

Expérience

3 à 5 ans dâexpérience confirmée dans un poste similaireMaîtrise de VMWARE, Veeam, Windows Server, ExchangeSolides connaissances : switching (Layer 2&3), Firewall (UTM), Stockage SAN (iSCSI, FC)

Atouts supplémentaires

Expérience dans les déploiements Cloud, Office 365, â¦HA, sécurité, scripting, monitoring, ...Connaissance des lignes de produits Dell TechnologiesCompréhension des protocoles VoIP & SIP
