  • Im Zusammenspiel mit den Business Stakeholdern findest du neue Optionen für die Nutzung unserer Daten hin zu einer daten- und insightsgetriebenen Organisation.
  • In unserem grossen Team begegnen dir Lösungen mit klassischem Machine Learning bis NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Operations Research oder auch Simulationen.
  • Als Data Scientist nimmst du komplexe Datenanalysen vor und entwickelst die Machine Learning Modelle für Proof-of-Concepts, MVPs oder auch Proof-of-Values.
  • In deiner Zusatzrolle als Analytics Translator unterstützt du das Business, die Analytics Ideen in konkrete Anforderungen zu übersetzen.
  • Du verstehst es, rasch mit dem Business Potenziale zu finden, sie in ihrem Wert zu validieren und die technische Machbarkeit zu beurteilen.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre Arbeitserfahrung bei der Durchführung von Data-Science-Projekten. Agile Arbeitsweisen, DevOps bzw. MLOps sind für dich ein gewohntes Umfeld.
  • Dich zeichnet eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus mit der du komplexe Modelle und Entscheidungen in be-geisternden Data Stories erzählst, um das Wissen und die Perspektiven von Fachexperten, Projektsponsoren, Data Scientists und Data Engineers optimal zu verbinden.
  • Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen im Umfeld des Software Engineerings oder der Business Analyse und idealerweise bringst du auch Kenntnisse von Cloud-Technologien/Services (z. B. AWS SageMaker, Athena, Lambda, Batch, Azure ML) mit.
  • Deine guten Kenntnisse von Machine-Learning-Frameworks (z. B. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, Spark ML, Caret) zeichnen dich aus.
  • Du kommunizierst mündlich und schriftlich stilsicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gute Kenntnisse in Englisch.
