Process Engineer Abfüllung (w/m/d)

Das kannst du bewegen:

Dein Wissen als Experte einbringen, wenn es um die technischen Umsetzungen von Veränderungen unserer Primär- und Sekundärverpackungen geht 

Einen aktiven Teil dazu beitragen, aktuelle Prozesse sowie das Verlustmanagement zu optimieren

Mitarbeitende an den Abfülllinien mit deinem Fachwissen unterstützen und schulen, sowie bei der Umsetzung aller Standards in Bezug auf Mitarbeitenden- und Lebensmittelsicherheit unterstützen 

Als Teil des Projektteams einen wesentlichen Beitrag leisten bei Modernisierungsprojekten, beim Kauf von neuen Anlagen oder beim Aufrüsten bestehender Anlagen

Als Coach für die Linienteams unterstützt du bei der Problemlösung, förderst den Wissenstransfer und Best Practice Austausch, sowie eine Kultur des "learn, do and teach" untereinander 

Dein Rucksack:

Eine technische Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittel- / Verfahrens- oder Verpackungsindustrie sowie eine Weiterbildung auf Hochschulstufe im Bereich Produktion / Engineering 

Berufserfahrung mit Lean / Continuous Improvement Programmen wünschenswert, in der FMCG-Branche von Vorteil 

Erfahrungen in Projektmanagement wünschenswert 

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
