Your tasks
  • Telefonische sowie schriftliche Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Bearbeitung von Offerten und Kundenaufträgen für den Schweizer Markt und Exportmärkte 
  • Selbständige Abwicklung und Koordination von Bestellungen
  • Terminabklärungen
  • Schnittstelle zu internen Abteilungen, Dienstleister, Lieferanten und Kunden
  • Unterstützung in anderen Abteilungen wie z.B.: Konstruktion, Service etc.
  • Koordination von Grossprojekten
Requirements
  • Technisches Verständnis und Berufserfahrung im Verkauf 
  • Dienstleistungsorientiertes, vernetztes und strukturiertes Denken
  • Hoch motiviert sowie selbstständige, verlässliche und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexible, kundenorientiere und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Ausgezeichnete Verkaufs-, Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Gute Deutsch-, Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen und SAP - Kenntnisse von Vorteil
