Résumé du poste :

Assister le gouvernant général dans la supervision de toutes les opérations d'entretien ménager, y compris les chambres des clients, les zones et installations publiques et la blanchisserie, conformément aux normes de Fraser Suites, de la manière la plus polie et professionnelle possible pour les clients internes, comme externes.

Missions :

Contribuer à développer la qualité et lâimage de marque de lâétablissement par une attitude exemplaire (gentillesse, professionnalisme et disponibilité)Soutenir le Gouvernant Général dans ses tâchesOrganiser et coordonner les activités du personnel d'étageContrôler la conformité du travail effectué selon la charte qualité de l'établissement et les normes d'hygiène et de sécuritéFaire le suivi de travaux et des services spécifiques (remise en ordre des suites, intervention technique)Participer à lâélaboration des plannings de lâéquipe nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du service tout en préservant les intérêts économiques de la sociétéContrôler l'état de propreté des suites et des parties communes et signaler les dysfonctionnements au service maintenanceContrôler le travail réalisé par lâéquipe HousekeepingMotiver et mobiliser lâéquipe en vue dâatteindre les objectifs fixésSuivre l'état des stocks, identifier les besoins en approvisionnementIntervenir auprès de la clientèle pour des demandes particulièresOrganiser et coordonner le service de la lingerie (nettoyage, contrôle de propreté, approvisionnement...)Organiser régulièrement des réunions avec lâéquipeCommunication avec les différents départementsAppliquer rigoureusement des normes de sécurité au travail (MSST), d´hygiène et d´autocontrôle (HACCP)
