Pour notre client, une société familiale, concessionnaireofficiel pour des produits d'une grande marque, nous recrutons uneassistante administrative polyvalentepour un poste fixe à 100%.
Vos activités chez votre futuremployeur
- Répondre aux appelstéléphoniques en français et enallemand
- Accueillir les clients dans le magasin
- Gérer les commandes (vérification et émissiondes factures)
- Superviser le service après-vente(enregistrement des pannes, élaboration des devis,facturation)
- Administrer les comptes clients etdébiteurs en ligne (création, mise à jour,etc.)
- Effectuer diverses tâchesadministratives
- CFC d'employé(e) de commerce avecexpérience similaire de 3 ansminimum
- Excellent niveaud'allemand niveau C1(indispensable)
- Disponiblerapidement
- Consciencieux (se), organisé(e)avec une bonne capacité d'analyse et de maitrise desoi
- Bonne présentation et êtremotorisé(e)
- Equilibre vie privée vieprofessionnelle
- Environnementdynamique
- Excellente ambianced'équipe
