The Store Manager drives the performance of the store through leading the team to deliver an outstanding client experience and achieve all targets in relation to client experience image, sales profitability and operational compliance with all LIVY standards. Main responsibilities:
  • Manage people, store operations and store environment to achieve sales, services, organization, customer satisfaction and profitability goals and maintain operational standards
  • Coach, manage and focus the team, providing a common purpose and inspiring to reach set targets
  • Team management:
    • Selection/interviewing, onboarding, grooming
    • Coaching/performance management, succession, reward and recognition; promotes culture/engagement of assigned team
    • Develop technical and stylistic expertise oh the collection and product to maintain a rich and coherent sales proposition
    • Planning optimization and follow-up
  • Ensure visual merchandising guidelines are respected and store environment is clean and welcoming
  • Contribute to store operations (sales, restocking, transfers)
  • Conduct and participate in inventories (weekly, monthly and annual) operations
  • Provide appropriate feedback to the Paris HQs on the collections/products, competitions, market, etc.
  • Support all brand initiatives and strategies (Sales education, launches, events, Brand promotions, and product testing)
  • Comply with Company policy/procedures and execute opening/closing of the store
Required Profile :
  • Previous successful 3-5 years performance record in retail fashion industry, including a knowledge of luxury department stores operations
  • You are passionate with the world of lingerie
  • Structured mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, results/performance oriented
  • Excellent customer relationship and focused on client experience, sales negotiation ability
  • Mastery of team management fundamentals
  • Autonomous, rigorous, organized, stress tolerant, adaptable, creative with ethical conduct, openness and assertiveness
  • Fluency in English. Native French speaker would be a plus
