– You are the chef's right-hand and are responsible for the kitchen during his absence – You are responsible for the smooth running of the two restaurants, the bar, in-room dining, the banquet department and the VIP lounge – You support the training of apprentices – You are responsible for front cooking and serving food – Compliance with and implementation of ISO and HACCP guidelines   – You have completed a cook apprenticeship and have at least three years' professional experience as a cook – Your knowledge of German corresponds to level C1-C2: competent use of the language and knowledge of English level B1-B2: independent use of the language – You are a warm and dynamic host personality and have a talent for organization as well as good PC skills – You are flexible, resilient, team-oriented and like to lend a hand – You have a passion for the cooking profession and enjoy interacting with guests
