  • Risikosteuerung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der externen Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung nach GRI, TCFD und OR 964
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung der internen Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung an GL und VR
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Nachhaltigkeitsmethodik (Scope 3) inklusive Datenflüsse und Dokumentationen
  • Mitarbeit bei der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements
  • Methodische und fachliche Unterstützung des operativen Nachhaltigkeitsmanagements
  • Durchführung von Sensibilisierungs- und Schulungskampagnen im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung der Kommunikation mit StakeholdernProfil
    • Erfahrung im Bereich Risikosteuerung
    • Erfahrung bei der Erstellung von externen Nachhaltigkeitsberichten (idealerweise mit aktiver oder passiver Audit-Erfahrung im Nachhaltigkeitsbereich)
    • Vertiefte Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Nachhaltigkeits-Vorschriften und -Standards (OR 964, GRI, TCFD)
    • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
    • Gewissenhafte und präzise Arbeitsweise
    • Kommunikative, offene Persönlichkeit
