As a Coffee Machines Project Manager, you will be leading multiple projects and be at the forefront of innovation in the coffee industry. In this position, you will the driving force by taking ownership of all relevant technical changes to sustain our production ambition, leading impactful change management initiatives for coffee machines already in the market and being responsible managing transversal changes. 

 

A Day in the Life of an Engineering Specialist for Coffee Machines

 

  • Own the product life cycle for all relevant technical changes (On-Quality / Cost / Time) by ensuring seamless internal coordination and collaboration with Quality, Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, and Legal departments. 
  • Drive external coordination and collaboration with machine manufacturers, suppliers, and developers located worldwide to ensure sustain production ambition in the product life cycle.
  • Drive impactful change management initiatives for coffee machines already in the market, implementing technical changes to enhance machine reliability, reduce product cost, and minimize CO2 emissions.
  • Ensure functionality and compliance with new international norms as well as emerging markets by updating the machine.
  • Coordinate various activities related to packaging and user manual to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Animate the Machine ranges by launching new machine versions with innovative technologies and captivating colors, in response to commercial and marketing requests.
  • Effectively manage the cost (budget & offers) of the above initiatives, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring cost-effectiveness.


What will make you successful

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferably in Mechanic, Fluidic or Electronic engineering
  • 3-5 years of relevant engineering experience (processes and technologies) ideally in coffee machines or in mass produced consumer goods/household appliances
  • Solid experience in end-to-end cross-functional project management (Factory/Supply Chain/HQ) and ability to lead end-to-end Root Cause investigation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, French is a plus
  • Negotiation & Persuasion skills are key asset 
  • Experience in dealing with co-manufacturers & Suppliers as well as internal stakeholders at all levels
