Our mission
Regarding the strong development of its Business Information Services, Coface is recruiting a Lead Generation Specialist
Role purpose:
As part of a high-performance, dynamic team, you will be responsible for developing customer acquisition for BI. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams.Lead Generation Specialist
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS:
Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategy aligned with company goals.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for lead generation.Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.Explore and use various channel including emailing, social media, telemarketingâ¦Implement lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the sales funnel.Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer personas and tailor campaigns for maximum impact.Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, provide regular reports and insights to sales and marketing teams and set-up action plans.Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline lead generation processes.CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Education:
- Higher education Degree level (business school or university).- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems and Microsfoft Office
Experience:
- At least 8 years' experience in lead generation and marketing acquisition in a B2B environment
Competencies:
- Fluency in German and English; fluency in another language is an asset (French / Italian).
- Knowledge of the BtoB information universe is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international and matrix environment, with a marked interest in working in project mode
