Wir suchen eine engagierte und abschlussstarke Person, um unser Verkaufsteam zu verstärken.
In dieser Rolle bist du verantwortlich für den Bestellabschluss unserer Neu- und Bestandeskunden am Telefon. Dein Beitrag ist entscheidend für die Erreichung unserer Verkaufsziele. Verkaufsmitarbeiter/in Contact Center Dein Verantwortungs- und Gestaltungsbereich
  • Telefonischer Kontakt mit interessierten Kunden, um diese zu beraten und Abo-Verkäufe zu generieren
  • Erklärung des Nutzens unserer Angebote
  • Beantwortung von Fragen und Bereitstellung von Informationen zu unseren Angeboten
  • Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen und Weiterleitung des Kundenfeedback an die richtige Schnittstelle
  • Erreichung von individuellen und teambezogenen Verkaufszielen.
  • Dokumentation von Verkaufsaktivitäten und deren Fortschritt
Was du mitbringen solltest
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder in einer telefonischen Verkaufsrolle mit
  • Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstmotivation und die Fähigkeit eigenständig zu arbeiten
  • Fähigkeit zur Lösung von Kundenproblemen und zur Identifizierung von Verkaufschancen
  • Zielorientiert und ergebnisgetrieben
  • Teamfähigkeit und die Bereitschaft, dich in ein dynamisches Team einzufügen
