JOB DESCRIPTION

AN EXCITING CHANCE TO JOIN THE W VERBIER TEAM 

The Whatever/Whenever team is responsible for answering hotel incoming phone calls as well as handling guest requests and complaints that are directed to their department, whatever they may be, whenever they are received. 
The W/W team is also responsible for helping to drive the Whatever Whenever service philosophy throughout the hotel.

As a Whatever/Whenever Agent you are responsible for ensuring a warm, welcoming and witty experience to all guests making sure all requests are approached in order to offer Wow moments.

 

PROFILE

You are passionate about the W brand and are eager to be part of our team.
You have experience in Concierge/ Guest Service department in a high end, lifestyle kind of environment. 
You have a natural affinity to styling trends.
You have excellent people skills and have an upbeat, positive attitude to work and life. 
You are creative and always think of new ways of doing things, you embrace change.
You are highly motivated
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
 

Position to be filled for the winter season 24/25, from December to March 

Due to visa restrictions, only applications from Switzerland and the European Union will be considered
