As Sommelier Assistant, you will assist the Wine Director for the creation and update of the wine lists for the entire hotel and be particularly strong in Swiss/Europeans wines.
Creativity will be required so will your ability to talk and share your knowledge with both guests and talents.
This Sommelier Assistant role offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge in wine by working alongside outstanding professional with international hospitality experience and guest experience at the hotel
If needed, you will help the waiters to serve Beverage & Food items to customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional, and timely manner.
You will aid in clearing tables during service.
You will aid in maintaining the proper condition and cleanliness of dining areas and servicing equipment.

**PROFILE**

Fluency in English and French is essential and experience within a luxury 5* environment would be desirable
You should hold a Diploma or at minimum a certificate in wine
You should be highly motivated
Real interest in the worlds of taste, sound, body, scene and stance
Be detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience.
