Your mission For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Production Assistant until the end of May 2025. As part of the ESC Production Team (150 – 200 persons), your tasks will be the following:
- Support administratively the core team "Production";
- Organise meetings, flights, hotel reservations, etc.;
- Oversee the deployment planning of the ESC production team and manage production documents;
- Issue contracts and prepare meeting minutes for the technical trades;
- Provide support with event logistics.
Your profile
- Technical understanding of the event technology industry
- Organisational and communication skills, are able to work under pressure and remain calm even in hectic situations
- Networked way of thinking, quick grasp of things, precise work methods and flexibility
- Fluency in written and spoken English, German and French
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365
